Background<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter &#8220;GTC&#8221;) govern the purchase of products and services through the e-commerce website minacore.ch (hereinafter &#8220;Site&#8221;) by users (hereinafter &#8220;Customers&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Identification of the Seller<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller is:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minacore Via San Francesco 4 6600 Locarno Switzerland<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Conclusion of the Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may purchase products and services on the Site by following the purchase procedure outlined therein.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purchase and sale contract is concluded with the Seller&#8217;s acceptance of the order by sending a confirmation e-mail to the address provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Prices and Shipping Charges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices of products and services are shown on the Site and include VAT.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are indicated in the order summary before the purchase is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Methods of Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer can pay the price of products and services by the following payment methods:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Credit card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TWINT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ordered products and services will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within the time specified in the order confirmation e-mail.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products and services.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notice to the Seller, at the address indicated in section 2 of these GTC.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer is required to return the products and services to the Seller within 14 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost of returning products and services is the responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products and services are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Misuse of products and services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to follow the instructions provided by the Seller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fortuitous events or force majeure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these GTC, the Locarno court of jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Applicable Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These GTC are governed by Swiss law.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Save-Pact Clause<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should any of the clauses of these GTC be invalidated, the remaining clauses will remain in force.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. Changes to the General Conditions of Sale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Seller reserves the right to change these GTC at any time.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes to the GTC will be communicated to Customers by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes to the GTC will apply to orders placed from the date of notice.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>14.
