1. Background

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the purchase of products and services through the e-commerce website minacore.ch (hereinafter “Site”) by users (hereinafter “Customers”).

2. Identification of the Seller

3. Conclusion of the Contract

Customers may purchase products and services on the Site by following the purchase procedure outlined therein.

The purchase and sale contract is concluded with the Seller’s acceptance of the order by sending a confirmation e-mail to the address provided by the Customer.

4. Prices and Shipping Charges

Prices of products and services are shown on the Site and include VAT.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are indicated in the order summary before the purchase is confirmed.

5. Methods of Payment

The Customer can pay the price of products and services by the following payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • TWINT

6. Delivery

The ordered products and services will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within the time specified in the order confirmation e-mail.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products and services.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notice to the Seller, at the address indicated in section 2 of these GTC.

The Customer is required to return the products and services to the Seller within 14 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal.

The cost of returning products and services is the responsibility of the Customer.

8. Warranty

Products and services are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years from the date of delivery.

9. Responsibility

The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Misuse of products and services
  • Failure to follow the instructions provided by the Seller
  • Fortuitous events or force majeure

10. Jurisdiction

For any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these GTC, the Locarno court of jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction.

11. Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

12. Save-Pact Clause

Should any of the clauses of these GTC be invalidated, the remaining clauses will remain in force.

13. Changes to the General Conditions of Sale

The Seller reserves the right to change these GTC at any time.

Changes to the GTC will be communicated to Customers by e-mail.

Changes to the GTC will apply to orders placed from the date of notice.

14. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

The Customer declares that he/she has read and accepts these GTC.

Sending the order implies full acceptance of the GTC.
